-Custom Neck Label: The name on the label will be approved before production without notice. If there is something inappropriate or irrelevant to the order, you will get a refund and not be able to order custom name tags again. Do not waste our time.

Shipping & Returns

-General shipping rules: Please allow 1-2 weeks for preparation and customization

-Depending on the product and availability, orders can be fulfilled and delivered as fast as 1-2 days.

Sales are final, unless there is an exchange in sizes(if available) or defect.
